What's the problem?

OK, this may sound like a minor, nitpicking sort of thing. But it's really not. In fact, this goes right to the fundamental problem with our entire society today!

The wording of the article makes is sound like the automobile was responsible for the death of the waitress. But that, of course, is total bullshit. The driver of the automobile is the one and only entity that is responsible for the death of the waitress. (Unless there were other factors; for example, if the waitress had just jumped out in front of the moving car. But even then, it would NOT have been the car that was responsible!)

It is this continual refusal to make people responsible for their own actions that is the reason society is so fucked up today. I hate that liberal, politically-correct type of garbage!
