Introduction
This page describes everything you need to do to be able to use Apple's free tools for streaming live video from your home. These are the same steps that I used to be able to stream from my house. In our situation, we have a cable modem with very fast download speeds (approaching 2 Mbps) and moderate upload speeds (about 370 Kbps).
I will also describe the additional steps I took to be able to have a DNS-named site that points to my home machine, even though I do not have a static IP address.
